Initial Contact

The client contacts JML Construction Services to express interest in starting a project. - An initial consultation is scheduled where the client discusses their project requirements, budget, timeline, and vision with a JML representative.


Concept Development

Based on the client's requirements and site assessment, JML Construction Services develops initial design concepts or construction plans. - These concepts are presented to the client for feedback and discussion, allowing for revisions as needed.


Site Visit & Assessment

Detailed Proposal

Contract Signing

Construction Phase

Pre-Construction Preparation
